It's been so cold and dreary here lately - and there's nothing better than coming home to dinner in the crock pot. David threw
this meal together before we left for work and I whipped up some
Cilantro Lime rice when I got home. This seriously tasted like a Chipotle burrito bowl - delish!

This looks really yummy - I'm making cilantro lime tilapia and basmati rice rice for dinner - I think I'll have add some of the cilantro and lime to rice and add this chicken recipe to our Master Meal DataBase/spreadsheet....
